Normally anyone would agree, but you have not seen it (and your taste in good action movies is almost as bad as your taste in comedies) and it's getting good reviews. So naturally a lot of people at all interested in the series are going to go see it.

that said there are some really good action movies and when they are good they are really good....but they are a few times a decade good

i will take intense well done foreign film over mindless explosions and pointless action any day of the week. id bet you will find more of those types of people in nyc, philly, dc areas than topkea, oklahoma city and des moines. just a hunch.

still there can be good action movies that are jayson werth seeing. but even those make me feel like a MA when i do.

I watched the 80's flick "North Shore" the other day, holy shtein that aged horribly.  Yet the threads were so tubular dood.  

Was that not the worst movie ever made?  Except for Nia Peeples (you know daddy like that) trying to act like she was a local girl the acting and story line were so horrible.  I actually went to the Hawaii premier of that in 1988.  They flew in a bunch of B rate Hollywood types.  Almost as bad as the movie.

Exactly what do you consider an action movie? Back  70's when I was a kid, Clint Eastwood was in his prime. I must have seen Dirty Harry 10 times in the theater. The spagetti westerns were great movies back then also. Then, while vacationing in O.C. with family and friends, we saw The Outlaw Josey Whales. Up to that point it was flat out the best friggen' movie I'd ever seen, better than Jaws, which I'd seen the summer before, or anything else. I think it was the first movie Eastwood directed, and he did it the way the thought a western should be done, without all the John Wayne bravado, and it was money. Back then in '76', VHS wasn't out yet and if you wanted to see a movie agian, you went back to the theater, or waited a year or so for the TV premier which usually sucked because they hacked the crap outta' them. I can't remember how many times I went back to see OJW.

Would you consider a classic western like that an action movie thats veiwed only by MA racist idiots? What about Dirty Harry? Or even Jaws??

I know, to be a true movie lover and a intellegent american who is rightious in every way, the only real good movies have to have sub-titles and aren't even made in America. Got it.

Did you actually say that there are more people in friggen' Philly and D.C. who would want to watch an "intense foreign film", than there is most anywere else in America?? Hahahahahaha!
