i spent ten minutes on the main site and reading our hero's pep talks and i was ready for sepuku lessons.

jesus christ this season is going to be a fargin nightmare.

The defense and the interior OL is going to be maddening.

Kevin Kolb will be graet to watch simply because he's different from Donovan McNabb.

Kevin Kolb might be Tom Brady.

Maclin and Jackson are going to be a hell of a WR tandem as they both continue to develop.

As for the offseason, I'll wait until after the draft to judge.

The Eagles are not waiting for Andrews to get healthy. If they draft an offensive lineman in the first two rounds, and the offensive line plays well, I'd count on Kolb finishing the season regardless of who starts week 1.

It may not bring much to this pep rally, but I don't think it's crazy to hope that Shady will blossom into a solid starter this year.  I also think we can count on Jackson and Maclin to present a bigger problem to opposing defenses than last year.

I think Rome's problem like many of us Eagles fans is that as long as 5 is still under center it is hard to get too excited.
