The parents now are even gayer.  Biscuit, you'd love Nick's coaches.  They spend a half hour after practice apologizing for all the fbombs, what they said they'll do to their mamas, threatening to kill their families, telling them their parents hate your guts, you have no friends because you suck, etc.  I love it!

no, because i wouldn't let my kid get a tattoo.  but if you want to let yours get one, it's none of my damn business.  or the gubment's.

hell, i'd bet a kid would put more thought and consideration into a tattoo than most "adults" do.  given the choice, a kid will get a tattoo of spiderman or twilight or something else that's important to them.  and while the long term importance will eventually fade away, the fact is that tattoo is more important to that kid than the barbed wire armband or tribal tattoo is to the 20 year old douchebag.

considering that all day long, local sports talk radio in la has been pimp mariucci as the favorite with a few other names as fall back options, not to mention that kiffin has only been in knoxville for a year, i'd say no one saw that coming.

the del rio rumor was put to bed early this morning out here.  rumor is that usc made an offer to him but he still has 3yr/15mil on his contract with jacksonville.  usc's offer was around 3.5 to 4mil per year so del rio wasn't going to quit and leave that money on the table in jacksonville.  at the same time, jacksonville isn't going to fire him (even though they don't really want him) because his contract is guaranteed.  del rio denied getting an offer from usc but did say that he is not leaving the jaguars. 

the names being tossed around most of the day were mooch, mora jr, herm edwards, norm chow and some coordinator from Boise St or something. 

kiffin's going to crash and burn at usc and it will be glorious.  i kind of felt bad for him in oakland but dude acted like a tool when tennessee hired him and now he's bailing on them after 1 year.  farg that clown.  he'll last 3 yrs tops.
