Negative, chief.

He would help the team in several areas.

shorebird

I agree. He's the best option out there right now, and if his knee is better, he can help.

MDS

hes beyond washed up

might as well sign jerome brown
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I'd  pay just to see him light someone up on special teams(Feagles)Maybe an Ike Reese role :paranoid

Still a sad statement on Gaither's abilities
"And with 1:16 remaining this place is in a state of shock!"

Anyone catch Eskin on SF last night?

I'm reading on the EMB that he said that Trot will be back again during the bye for another work out and that he had a better work out than Runyan.

Eaglez

If he does come back I just hope that his bone-on-bone knees hold up enough so that he can contribute on running downs at least.

PhillyPhreak54

Yessir...if the man wants to accelerate his inevitable knee replacement surgery, I'm cool with that.

reese125

whatever...if the surgery helped out his range of motion... fine.

I just know that an average speed, smart Trotter making the correct calls in middle, and hitting those gaps is 5x's better than a Gaither or Mays that can't get it mentally right.

PhillyPhreak54

Anyone notice when Mays finally got some run late in the game he had to be directed to move outside to cover his guy?

i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

PhillyPhreak54

You crazy?

That was his strength. Blowing gaps up.

His problem was not making reads all the time and guessing too much.

ice grillin you

well if you cant read the correct gap to hit then it cant be a strength...and he was pretty bad at it

not too sure whats funny about that...maybe the fact you quoted it 4 times I guess

other than that... Trotter was more than adequate before he hurt his knee/calf and lost his step. you dont make the pro-bowl if you cant comprehend the position
