A grizzled biker rolls up to a roadside bar at lunch time.  A sign on the door reads:

$4 cheeseburger
$2 hotdog
$1 beer
$50 handjob

The biker takes a seat at the bar and calls over the barmaid, a hot young little redhead.

"Is that sign on the door right?" He asks her quietly.  "Yep," she replies with a smile.  "And are you the one gives out the hand jobs?" he asks, eyeing her up and down.  "Yes, that'd be me," she answers.

The biker licks his dry lips and leans forward a little bit. 

"Alright then sweetie," the biker says.  "Now I want you to go on over to that sink and wash your hands real good because I want a cheeseburger."

Back to the speeding thing for a second...

I don't know how other states are, but the difference between Texas and PA is that the local po's in PA don't have radar, only the troopers. Here in Texas the locals, sheriff's, constables and DPS troopers have 'em so its easier to get popped.
