i spent 3 weeks in prague-tuscany-barcelona and have basically been on a hardcore bender since i came back almost a month ago.

delicious. mostly just tastes like sambuca except a lot stronger, 160 proof most places. sat in some bar in barcelona where hemingway and picasso used to drink the shtein, and it's still the house drink. they give you like a 10 ounce glass, a sugar cube, a spoon, and a bottle of water with a hole poked in the top. then you melt the sugar with the water. good shtein.

Myself and the wife, or as RJS says "ladyfriend", are heading to Estes Park, CO on Friday to stay at the Stanley Hotel for 2 nights. For those that don't know, this hotel was the one that inspired Steven King to write "The Shining", after he spent time there.

We're going hiking in the Rocky Mountain National Park, but am still looking for other things to do in the area. Anyone ever up that way?
