if andy switched to a pro set offense and ran the ball to set up the pass like a pittsburgh then id day the two tackles are 100% an upgrade

if andy ran a pro set offense, this team would have won at least 2 super bowls by now and wouldn't have lost any of their 5 nfc championship games.

isn't it though?

out of the 4 losses in the conf championship, the only one i can "accept" was the first one against st louis, but that's mostly because the eagles were the up and comers and the rams were an nfc powerhouse at that point.  not to mention that it was the most successful eagles season in 20 years.

but still, if reid had any commitment to the ground game at all, the eagles win all 5 of those games.

and they beat the pats in 05 and the raiders in 02.

theres no way i can go all five...but i agree if his offensive system was different or his play callling better or his clock managment better or if he was willing to get a #1 wr/more offensive weapons they would have won at least one sb

Yup... and then the NFCCG losses wouldn't mean shtein really if you got it done at least once.  Hell, even the Atlanta Braves can say, "Well, at least there was '95."

On NFL Live last night, Schlereth was saying how he loved the Peters trade because now the Eagles can become a running team. Eric Allen laughed in his face.

I need to find a '94 Eric Allen butta joint.

Loved me some EA...one of my favorite Birds.

Eben Britton promised death for all the teams that passed on him; not Jason Smith. The quote is possible the greatest thing anybody has ever said

How's he related to Freddie Mitchell again?

Someone should remind him that Jacksonville passed on him in the first round.
