I'm definitely starting to believe the theory that this is a politically ingenious plan to allow Pelosi to be bad cop while Barry plays good cop and the Democratic party gets to have all of their wildest dreams come true while Obama still comes across as moderate.

If they are thinking it through that much, they deserve to do well with it.  I honestly think Pelosi is just a bit of a crazy bitch, and Obama has about 749 times the common sense and intelligence that she does.  So, some conflict between the two of them is probable.

You may not get an answer to that so quickly.  I'm still waiting for one of our resident Republican partisans to explain why black folk don't cotton to their party if it's not because the Republicans represent racist America.

I've been gone from this thread for a while, but after reading up I saw this comment. The only reason I have for why Black community to not go for the repubs is the perception that the dems care more. IMO I ask how they can believe that? Look at the inner cities run by the dem's over the past 20-30 years, what has changed? How has the black community benifited from the dem party? How has the black community been changed in that time, crime rates, way of life, jail population etc. The Dems have done shtein for the black community except make them believe they need to keep on voting for the democrats cause the big bad white repubs will get them. When in reality there are the same kind of stuffy white dudes running the Dems as there is running the repubs.
