Valkyrie - Cruise was decent and the rest of the cast as well. I enjoyed it, even though we know the ending because they dont end up whacking Hitler; but there was a nice bit of suspense.

Besides, southern Maryland is really nice in the spring. Not to mention, Ocean City is in southern Maryland.

does the movie portray the nazis who wanted to kill hitler as nazis?....because i have a feeling they try and say that the reason they want hitler dead is because he was an evil racist jew hating pos...when in reality they wanted him dead because of his atrocious military decisions

both, the true story was there was a group of officers who did not believe in the Nazi protocols and also his military decisions to go against Russia.  Most of the officers were families who were Uppity prior to the war, and were in the military as a family tradition.

jumper - one of the worst movies i've seen in years.  no plot, horrible acting...this movie had it all.  the douche who played anakin skywalker has absolutely no charisma in this movie either...he's so unlikeable and such a poor actor that i actually found myself rooting for him to get killed in the movie.  the only good thing about the movie is that it was less than 90 minutes long.  otherwise, it was complete garbage.  0/5.


i also saw the dark knight for the first time...i've never read a comic book in my life but i usually enjoy the comic book movies.  this one was just okay.  too damn long & took itself a little too seriously.  ledger was okay...def not the once in a lifetime performance everybody is fluffing him for.  (well, maybe it was for him...since he's dead)  yeah, he can stick his tongue out & that makes him look crazy.  whoop de damn doo.  storyline was fine.  maggie gyllenhall is hideous.  bale grunting his way through his lines was a little distracting.  anyway, the way-cool batcycle gives it a 3/5.


step brothers - not great but a pretty entertaining flick.  i'm not a big fan of john c reilly..some of his lines seemed forced.  will ferrell played will ferrell again...except he cursed in this one.  cursing is funny, so 3/5.
