64% of Republicans think Palin should run in 2012.

Is it a stretch to say that 100% of Democrats want her to run as well?

I'll bet they do.  You could find bodies under the oval office floor and Obama would still beat her soundly.

I'm not sure what Republican I want to go for the nomination.  They're in complete disarray right now.

Careful what you wish for.  She'll run on a strictly Religulous Right campaign of stop abortion, gays are the anti-Christ.  She'll get all the farging icehole Fundamentalist Christian pastors to vet her during sermons.  I don't want anything to do with her running in 2012.
You make a good point, but who do you think the fundies voted for this year? Barry?

mccain....but a lot of them stayed home...that wouldnt be the case if someone like palin ran

That witless c*nt was on CNN with Wolf Blitzer tonight.   Good God what an embarrassment.

And yet she still won't back off the Ayers thing. Elections over retard.

MadMarchHare

Wrong, the 2008 election is over.  She's already pimping 2012.

And why the farg would Obama want the help of a farging moron governor with no experience, diametrically opposed on almost every issue?

Go take care of your retard.  And your pregnant 18YO.
Anyone but Reid.

I think he should offer her the ambassadorship to Russia, or some other hard to turn down post where Obama himself will be doing the real diplomacy anyway.  Dump her in an office somewhere and forget her, or make her turn down a magnanimous offer and look the fool.

Nice word.

The problem with that though is if she were to accept then she would have more legitimate experience

PoopyfaceMcGee

People don't care about experience.  Palin's problem isn't experience; it's stupidity.

I love Sarah.  Love her.

If she runs in 12, I may vote for a Dem president for the first time in my life.  That, or I won't vote at all.
The drawback to marital longevity is your wife always knows when you're really interested in her and when you're just trying to bury it.

I still wouldn't be shocked to find out her daughter suddenly and tragically miscarried.  Oh, and that the wedding is off.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

4 years is a long time. Plenty of time for her to say more stupid shtein. Plus she'd have to get through the nomination process.

I'm thinking Huckabee takes over the GOP for 2012. He's closer to their base and had a pretty good surge at the end of the primaries. In the end there will be a half a dozen candidates going through the primary process. Huckabee and Palin are most likely locks to run at this point. Romney as well. After that who knows...

Romney is a better bet.  Despite being part of a religious cult, he isn't perceived as being as socially conservative as Huckabee or Palin.

Yeah plus Romeny changed all his social positions to match his party from when he was Govener of the Micehole state.

I really think Huckabee will be more of a force next election cycle as the Right tries to go back to 'Christian values' while claiming they had lost their way. In the end though registered republicans like Dio will decide who the front runner is.

Huckabee is at least a likeable personality with a sense of humor.  He's batshtein crazy on religious/moral grounds and fiscally about as conservative as George Bush...

but he comes off as a nice guy with a good sense of humor.  That's not nothing for a politician.
