No, media outlets need to stop giving her airtime and a platform to speak from.

Great opinion piece by Ron Paul on the fall of the Republican party.

He writes pieces fairly regularly for CNN and despite the rumors I've heard of his insanity, his columns are always excellent reads. Fiscal responsibility and individual liberty are his only two talking points but he understands them and sells his point of view exceptionally well.

She would probably mumble something about college sports while in a meth induced haze.
I'm not from Philly but some say I'm blunt.

Good stuff:

QuoteTo ignore the political struggle and only "hope for the best" is pure folly. The march toward a dictatorial powerful state is now in double time.

All those who care -- and especially those who understand the stakes involved -- have an ominous responsibility to energetically get involved in the battle of survival for a free and prosperous America.

Of course, most of the country is still in the bag for Obama, so he'll have to screw up before anyone looks for another solution.

Paul's going the other way with his identification of the party.  I dropped my affiliation.  He instead is basically saying that he's a Republican, and he has no idea what all those other iceholes really are.  Nice.

He points out in very simple terms why the Republicans failed and it is because they aren't really Republicans. It's pretty fascinating really.

Best I can tell, the Republican party has been taken over by Christian fundamentalists (who have no interest in anything other than the social agenda) and power-hungry, do-anything, say-anything egomaniacs. They don't adhere to anything that Republicans are supposed to stand for and have lost all credibility because of it.

The real threat to the Republican party is this: All the Democrats have to do is practice fiscal responsibility and restore some of the individual liberties that the Repulicans have stolen and the Republicans will have lost the only two issues that they had a claim to. Then all they'll have is an embarrassing and outdated social platform to stand by.
