Why Im hooked on the Eagles: 1995 playoff game against the Lions, the emotion was too much and got season tix the following season and have them since.

1st Eagles game attended: 1989 Playoff game vs the LA Rams in the pouring rain.


Prized Eagles Possession: 1980 Game worn jersey of Harold Charmichael. Sent it to you know who (Spuds) last year and he had it signed for my by the big man and sent it back to me.2nd my McNabb auto'ed jersey.

Why i'm here: Well, I do the majority of my posting over at NationalPastimes.net where I also write about Philly sports, but I had a need to communicate with my own people. I posted once in awhile over at the official site but I hated to forum format and most of the users there are pretty much clueless. I looked at Philly Girl's profile once over at the Orange and Black site where I saw the link to this place. I joined but did not post for about six months. I instead read everyone's posts and tried to get to know what makes everyone tick before I made a fool of myself. I love this forum and for the most part the members here are extremely intelligent. I'm just glad I can be a part of a good group of fans.


Comments: I've been an Eagles fan as long as I can remember. I'm 33 years old (34 in Nov) to give you all an idea on how long I've followed this team. I want a Super Bowl so bad I can taste it. I do not own season tickets due to the fact that I can't afford them since I am disabled. I do get to between 2 to 4 games a season though so it isn't that bad. I would love to attend more games but sometimes you can't have what you want. My rec room is entirely decorated and dedicated to Philly sports, especially my beloved Eagles. Even my furniture is midnight green. I have a 50" TV and surround sound so I can at least watch the games the way they should be watched. I rarely ever miss any Philly team when they play. I have also owned season tickets to the Wings for 15 years.

Hello. My name is Gene. I like to read your guys writing while my dad is on the computer. I'm eleven years old and play football. My position is defensive end. I play gaurd on offense everyother play because i take the plays in from our coach. I love playing football and tackling people. I have 3 sacks in five games. I cause some fumbles too. Our team name is the Lions. I have Edgrin Jame's number 32. He is a good running back for the Colts. I like the Eagles McNabb the best though. He is awsome and I hope he goes to the Superbowl with the Eagles this year. I want my Dad to take me to a game sometime. He says when they get a new stadium we will go.
