I loved it, its the best Batman movie ever made.

ha

the question is is it the best superhero movie ever...the competition for best batman movie ever is pretty pathetic

Superhero, comic book, graphic novel...can we categorize them all into one? I'd have to say Sin City and The Dark Knight have been the best ever made.

Finally saw it last night.  Excellent.  Still trying to decide if its better than BB (I think Christian Bale did a much better job in BB, but Ledge makes TDK)

Anyone see TDK in IMAX?  I think it might be worth it.

I wish I did.  I saw BB in IMAX and it was worth every penny.  This time around, there were not IMAX theaters near where I am

not even close...brad pitt seemed like brad pitt overacting and just being an overtly weird version of himself...ledger WAS the joker
I said this exact line within 30 seconds of the movie ending.

sin city was ground breaking and extremely creative. it captured comic books on a level that no other comic book movie has ever done. that gets mad props IMO

I saw TDK again last night and it was just as good if not better the 2nd time around. The only thing that pisses me off is the corporate croonies who won't let it go rated R because of revenue loss. If your getting attacked by dogs and the joker with a lead pipe, please have some blood coming out somewhere on batman. not one drop of blood in the entire movie! There were prob more kids under 13 than adults in the theatre last night. this is sickening

Yeah, damn them for toning down the violence to make the movie more profitable.  Damn them indeed!

Actually, I may agree with you after I see it on Sunday, but still... Time Warner needs all the scratch they can get to make up for the AOL mess.

the comic books have blood in them! kids read the comics! why can't the damn kids see blood! hell im sure they've seen worse movies, parents today just don't give a damn.

They'll release it as a director's cut with all the gore and then everyone will be happy.
