Anyone know how to convert .IFO files to MPEG?

I need to upload something to Youtube...and one of the formats has to be mpeg.......so...anyone know how to do that without spending about 30 bucks for the software?

Here's one too.  They offer a free trial download which will probably be good for 30 days or 10 uses.  Not sure if it'll do you any good though since your home made gay porn video is a violation of youtube's policy.
