Psychology from Wilmington College

You probably woulda been better off going to Deltech and then transferring into UD. I took a year off from school but that's pretty much the plan for me. DelTech's been voted top CC in the country AND it's cheap as shtein. Wilmington College is even more expensive then UD I think. Ridiculous.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

My laptop finally shtein the bed on me after 7 years of hard work.  It's been on life support for a few months and I knew this day would come, I just didn't expect it to be so soon.  It went peacefully and painfully though.  It will be missed.

So I went out the other day and bought a new one.  Found a Toshiba Satellite with Vista and all the latest bells and whistles.  It was marked at $649 but had an instore rebate of $20 and a mail in rebate of $180 which knocked the price down to $449.  I checked a couple other stores just to make sure I couldn't find a better deal and didn't, so I bought it on Tuesday.

I asked the salesman about it's wireless capabilities and he said I needed to buy a wireless card.  Didn't make sense since it's a Satellite and I thought most laptops come with that technology built in so I took his advice and bought a card for like $40.  Got back to my hotel room (I've been in Dallas for a week) and fire the laptop up and come to find out that it does have the wireless card built in and that I didn't need the external card.  So I took it back today to return it and noticed that the store had dropped an additional $100 of the price of the laptop I bought.  So I showed them my receipt and asked if I could be credited the difference and they took care of it.  So the final sale price will be $349 once I get my rebate back.  Not too shabby.

At first I pissed that the dude sold me the wireless card and was mad with myself for taking his word for it instead of spending and extra couple minutes reading all of the specs on the laptop.  But had I done that, I never would have had a reason to go back in that store today and never would have gotten the extra $100 off the computer.  Sometimes is actually pays to be lazy and/or a sucka.

Nope.  The name led me to believe that the laptop has built in wireless technology (which it does).  The sales dude said it didn't and I took his word for it.  Stupid.

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
