I expect the roster to be exactly as it is today on opening day.

Nice, they're skipping the draft 8)

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Who else here has lost most if not all hope that they will add a receiver this offseason?

I was confident, but not so much anymore.
Why the hell would you have been confident? I've stayed out of the WR discussion pretty much all offseason because it's stupid arguing over Fitz or Williams or Johnson or anyone else. Anyone Eagles fan with a brain takes any of the 3 in a heartbeat. Our reasons for preferring one over the other don't matter so getting into an argument about it is useless.

There hasn't been any arguing about who you'd rather have really. I think everyone here pretty much agreed they'd love either of the three.

I was confident, because they started out aggressive for one, and McNabb, Westbrook, Dawk, and Runyan coming out and pleading for playmakers was big IMO. They put the Eagles basically in a position where they have to do something or take a big chance in ruining that locker room. You know damn well McNabb will be outraged. He won't speak publicly about it, but behind closed doors he'll be miserable.

I still have a little bit of hope left, but not much.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

im still very confident...nothing was ever gonna happen until earliest at the draft...if the draft passes with no wr ill be upset and once training camp comes without a wr then ill be worried...

id even say so far everything has gone better than it could have...the fact that theres tons of smoke out there should give much hope for the fire to break out draft week/day...it could have been silent on the wr front so far

For real?  That should end well.

Hell, I don't know.  I don't go to that place.

He is lurking though because he emailed me and told me to stop telling lies about him.

Come back Rusty!  Come baaaaaaaaaack!

Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.
