At least he wasn't caught sucking cock like the twink from Jersey.

I don't care that he's farging hookers
I don't care that Patterson smokes weed

but it does bother me that people like these are dumb enough to risk so much for so little

and in Spitzer's case, the hypocrisy is galling

tell me if he hadn't been caught he'd give a farg about his sense of right and wrong

Of course not.  But that's the nature with most people in general though.  People tend to only feel guilty about doing something wrong when they get caught doing it.  Even then the guilt is probably linked more to getting caught than it is to actually doing something wrong.

Everyone is a hypocrite on some level.  I just can't the holier-than-thou fargs that publicly say "do as I say not as I do".

the hypocrisy I decry in this case is not of the moral variety

what I mean is that this douchebag was a law man, busting peoples' balls for breaking the law even as he breaks the very same laws...

Unless the Mayor's a super delegate it doesn't matter worth a damn who he endorses.

No, but as the brand new mayor, you would think he'd listen to his city and endorse who they endorse.

Depends. Was he elected to ride the wave of popular opinion or think for himself?

Its Philly.  He could drop a bomb on the city tomorrow and get re-elected.  Like he gives a shtein what the commoners think...all he has to do is keep his political handlers happy.
