Do not attack a Triad unless first attacked by them.  And whether they win or lose, you may feel free to attack back and either "mug" or "leave".  However, their more powerful gang will start a war with us if we attack their guys and go for the extended hospital stay along with it.

I figured out about labor 2 days ago.  I was just using it as an example of "do what everyone else is doing" being useless guesswork.  We need to figure out what stat is responsible for what, or it will just be continued flailing guesswork.

And to make things even more aggravating, my test subject is a Triad.  So much for that.
