so who else was making jealous at the seahawks linebackers all game....leroy friggin hill made more plays today than the entire eagle linebackcer corps did this season...and dont even get me started on julian peterson or tatupu

according to andy tho the LB position is slightly more important than the wr

I commented on that in the NFL forum...Peterson is a stud. He was atop my wish list a few years ago.

General_Failure

I'd give up a 1st and 2nd/Dawkins to get a decent #1 receiver. Someone that can make that kind of contribution is far beyond what they're ever going to get from in the draft.

The man. The myth. The legend.

The BIGSTUD

Say Jared Allen gets franchised, but wants out of KC, and the Eagles would have to give up a 1st rounder via trade. Obviously if we trade for Allen, we wouldn't be able to trade for a stud #1 receiver most likely.

Would you rather have Jared Allen and a second tier free agent WR like Stallworth or Chad Johnson?
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Munson

IF the eagles ran the ball more next year and didn't pass as much, then priority level would be...

1. DE
2. S
3. WR

Assuming their farged up philosophy will still be the same next yeaer...

1. WR
2. DE
3. S

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

I have to admit that I see any white-skinned DE and I think, "high-motor, limited ability".  It's racist, but still... Allen might be ok.

I had Tatupu on one of my fantasy teams. You could have picked either one of Seattle's linebackers and done well. They are studs. Shut down the Skins offense. Collins couldn't beat thier blitzing.

QuoteSeahawks linebackers Leroy Hill, Lofa Tatupu and Julian Peterson were the game's leading tacklers, credited with 23 tackles, 12 assists, two sacks, five quarterback hits and one pass defensed among them.

here we go with the high motor again. The guy has 34 sacks in 3 seasons. He has plenty of ability and you are plenty racist

I think we all noticed.  If it wasn't for him, the Eagles would have been lucky to win five games.
