Any fool who would walk out the house wearing that ought to feel proud.

I was taking my dog out, had to close the door to our house.  I used the wrong arm to hold his leash and he took off.  He just re-dislocated my shoulder again.  I popped it back in, now it hurts like a motherfarger again.

If you can't get a cortisol shot, taken some Advil and get drunk.

If you're taking Percocets, skip the drunk.  Unless you're really pissed off at your liver, and want to show it who's boss.

The problem isn't the opiate, it's the acetaminophen (Tylenol).  You just took two, you should live.
But you're liver is going to be pissed.

MMH, do you know anything about Milk Thistle supplements?  I've been reading up on its effects helping the liver, wasnt sure if you knew if there was any true medical stuff about it.

I have a HUGE mistrust of all things herbal.  In many cases they work, but, the problem is that they aren't regulated in any way.  To get past FDA regulation (i.e. scientific analysis), they take plants, grind them up in a brew designed to extract what is believed to be meaningful (with water or ethanol), and package the extract in pills.  The problem is that plants aren't as efficient as chemists, and the concentration of whatever works in the pill can vary.  For example, ephedrine (which has since been yanked as too dangerous, after killing hundreds of people) could vary in herbal meds 1,000 fold, so some pills were OK, some could overstimulate the heart, and with exercize, induce a heart attack.  But if you identify what's active, and control for the levels, you need FDA regulation to sell it.

Quite a conundrum.  Why I don't take any herbals.  A quick look at milk thistle data on the internets is pretty uneven.  Take at risk.

Thanks, i had read about it in maxim about he roman's using it.  Obviously they didnt process it the way that its being made today, but might be worth a try.
