That's what I'm saying.  You don't just put a guy in a boot and on crutches as a precaution... and then you see him playing 2 weeks later.


The good news on the front is that supposedly there's no structural damage on his ankle.

Westbrook was on crutches last year before the season and that turned out ok

Andrews' condition was updated in a statement from head coach Andy Reid, which provided little clarity. Reid said that Andrews will rest his right ankle with the aid of a walking cast and crutches for the next few days and then will be re-evaluated. Yeah, I kinda agree... that's why I said "supposedly"... considering the source.

(More) good news is that it's August.  Nobody wins shtein in August.  Andrews is a vet now and really doesn't need camp too much... and we've still got a month before we even get to the opener.
