ok, he was a senior when he transferred, but you just proved me right.

the only way he can play now is because he had a redshirt year to burn last year, otherwise he wouldn't have been able to transfer
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

ice grillin you

right...you have five years to play four....unless you get an injury waiver

SunMo

yeah, but 5 for 4 has nothing to do with transfering.

if he had used his redshirt as a freshman, he wouldn't have been able to transfer as a senior

and if he played as a freshman and then was injured for the next five years he couldnt have played as a sophomore

you cant physically be on a college football team for more than five years regardless of the circumstances (except for a one time injury exemption)

Nifong found guilty.  Punishment could range from a written slap on the wrist to disbarment.

Collin Finnerty, one of three former Duke lacrosse players declared innocent of sexual assault charges in April, is transferring to Loyola. The school said today that it will ask the NCAA for an extra year of eligibility that would allow him to play three seasons for the Greyhounds.

Finnerty, a 6-foot-3, 175-pound attackman from Chaminade High School in Garden City, N.Y., is the last of the three former Blue Devils defendants to complete his plans. Reade Seligmann of Essex Fells, N.J., transferred to Brown University and Bethesda's David Evans graduated last year and is working on Wall Street.

Rudy Giuliani's son sues Duke over golf dismissal
1 hour ago

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) — The son of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani is suing Duke University, claiming he was wrongfully kicked off the golf team.

Andrew Giuliani claims he was dismissed without cause from the golf team earlier this year because coach O.D. Vincent III wanted to cut the team of 13 players by about half. The lawsuit claims the coach has interferred with Giuliani's efforts toward becoming a professional golfer.

Duke University spokesman Keith Lawrence said Thursday the university was discussing the lawsuit but didn't have an immediate comment.

The 198-page lawsuit was filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court by Durham attorney Robert Ekstrand. Ekstrand did not immediately return a message for comment.

What could he possibly hope to get out of that? Put back on the team? Some sort of monetary reward? Give me a break.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

reese125

I hope he makes the lacrosse team

Ha - beat me to it, reese.

whats hilarious is the notion that not being on the duke golf team would prevent him from having a professional career...if you wanna cake off at least come up with something legit...like they kicked you off the team because the country clubs they play at dont allow greasy wops on their courses
