Well, Katherine Heigl's so hot, even PhillyGirl had to admit it:

SD_Eagle5

She's farg worthy but not my definition of 'hot' - but I'll grant her as an exception, though I wouldn't suffer through an hour of that show for her.

She's in a new movie called 'Knocked up' which looks decent

For 24 to improve next year Jack needs to go to Sam Fisher mode, and they need to scrap CTU completely or limit it to very little screen time.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Judging from the ending they may very well go with a stealth character. CTU I can live with, what they need to cut back on is the love conflicts. The show is at its peak when Bauer is killing child molesters then sawing their heads off to gain favors.

Sylar didn't put up much of a fight today...kind of a weak ending in Heroes...but season two...coming up.  ^-^

I was pissed he got away at the end, but then who would be the bad guy in Season 2 if he was really dead?  :-\
Three things can happen when you throw the ball, and two of them are bad.

Susquehanna Birder

After all the fighting and worrying about Sylar...how the hell could they have missed him slipping away?

The "Heroes" finale sucked big time and made very little sense.  It basically seemed like they couldn't really decide what to do with all of the hints and back-stories, so they just made some shtein up and ignored completely in others.

Anyway, I never got into "Lost" for the same reason, and I probably am done with "Heroes" now.

Sidenote:  I just found out the guy that plays Nathan Petrelli is married to Natalie Maines.  Ha!

QuoteThe orders to Internet peanut purveyor NutsOnline.com began trickling in last week, requested by people from across the country and all intended for the same recipient: CBS Television in New York City.

Jeff Braverman, an owner of the family-run business in Linden, suspected some kind of prank. What, the people at CBS had a sudden affinity for peanuts? Pounds and pounds of peanuts?

Little did Braverman know he was at the epicenter of a quirky, grass-roots campaign to save a little-watched but fiercely loved television show relegated to the dustbin by network executives. Or that the trickle of orders would soon turn into a torrent, straining the company's ability to keep pace.

Over the past two days, NutsOnline has shipped more than three tons of peanuts to CBS, a testament to the devotion of the fan base for "Jericho," a post-apocalyptic drama that was canceled last week after a single season.

In the finale, lead character Jake Green, played by Skeet Ulrich, is ordered to surrender his Kansas town to a band of marauding neighbors. His single-word response, "Nuts," echoes the famous retort issued by the commander of the 101st Airborne Division when a German general demanded his surrender during the Battle of the Bulge in 1944.

Devastated by the show's demise, fans began emailing the network. Then one fan suggested on a message board bombarding CBS with nuts. The message included the NutsOnline Web address, and the "Nuts for Jericho" campaign was born.
