i've actually been paying a lot of attention to all the shtein they're doing over in dubai for the last year or so.  pretty amazing stuff and getting in early is not all that expensive.  they're building entire islands.  plus they're building entire replica cities, londontown, paris town, all kinds of shtein.  and then the whole sports world thing.  really, really cool.

The World Islands are selling for between $10mil to $45mil.

They range from 150,000 to 450,000 sqft with an average of 300,000sqft per island.

40% have been sold already. I can only imagine the possibilities. Dubai is going to be the place to be in the world. Space age farging city.

I'm not sold on the Ship-city. Unless in can turn into a huge robot like the SDF-1. Traveling the world for 3 years though sounds like an interesting thing to do. Real estate on the ship is alread selling. Crazy. I just don't trust the ocean that much though.
