Apparently Darwin Walker and his thigh are threatening to hold out unless he gets a new deal. We know that the contract was an issue here, he said it on WIP after he was dealt that he wanted more money.

Spikes lamented the fact that it took 10 years to get to Philly.  He's licking his chops over the prospect of playing in JJ's defense.  He also commented that he's not surprised by the coverage of minicamp and the Eagles overall during the offseason because Trotter briefed him about what it's like to be an Eagle after he got to Philly.  'Just the first of many [experiences he's never had] to come' he suggested.

I was looking at the "Whos Online" stuff and there was a topic about Corey Simon being on the bench in 2005 that a guest was looking at. I looked through it and found some funny stuff:

i just heard Eckel's report that the Bills are interested in trading for Corey Simon.  Sounds like he's here for the entire season, as we all expected.

And the Bills trade for Walker 2 years later, when a lot of the posts in that thread were about how awesome the DTs could be with Walker and Patterson.

the problem is, the Bills would have to work out a contract extention with him.  too bad he wants a TON of moneys.

....And the Bills are having trouble with an extension for Walker.
