Cato June visited the Bucs, but Colts still the favorites to sign him according to Schefter.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

I know for damn sure that Vilma is a pro-bowl caliber defensive player.  I don't know that for sure about the 26th pick of the draft.

I especially don't know that for sure about a defender that Reid's Eagles have ever drafted in the first round.  (Yes, I know about Lito).

Thats my thinking. You can't expect Reid to draft anyone better. If it was the 15th or higher and a no brainer, maybe. But drafting at the 26th spot, you would be a fool to put your money on Reid drafting a pro-bowl linebacker. Not that it isn't possible, just not at all probable.

Right.

That too! It amazes me that so little emphasis seems to be put upon the weakest part of our D for the last two-three years.

How dare you suggest the Eagles aren't addressing the linebacker positions!

If selecting Omar Gaither, Chris Gocong & Matt McCoy isn't addressing a position, I don't know what is.

Eaglez

I wholly expect the Eagles to draft a Tackle this year with the 26th pick because the Eagles need someone to replace Runyan down the road...

The first 3 picks should be a 2 LBs and a safety, but that would make too much sense.

While I agree that the Eagles desperately need to address the LB position, I don't know of anyone available via FA that would have been overly helpful, outside of Adalius Thomas.

I'm holding out hope that they make a trade for LB help instead of relying solely on the draft and Gocong.

We're trading a 5th rounder for Simoneau.

The man. The myth. The legend.

Is it me or have the Texans been really active with signing second and third tier free agents?
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

Let them eat bootstraps.

Sounds about right.  But that may have something to do with the fact that really weren't any true 1st tier players available this year.  Stallworth and Adelius Thomas topped the list.

Weak year for free agency imo.
