Nah- you guys aren't getting rid of me that easily... sorry.

Granted Droughns wasn't exactly on my shopping list, but, I'm not distressed over him being signed at all. No secret I was hoping, foolishly, we would open our wallets for Rhodes (would be nice to have a drinking buddy at camp), but, who really thought that would happen?

I think the trade was a good move for us. Didn't cost us more than a WR who never reached his potential with us and really never had a place. I wish Carter well with the Browns.

Droughns may not be the TD guy, but, I think he'll service us well as a relief for Jacobs. Or, if need be, he gets yards and Jacobs gets TDs. Been there already and it worked out ok. LOL
