actually i like mcnabb...tho less and less for this team everyday....its banner and reid i hate...

and how is this bullshtein....gcobb is inside the team and closer to the players than anyone on the planet who doesnt work for the team....

the scary thing is he really likes mcnabb and is often the one on angelos show having to defend him from angelo and rhea...so for him to report this stuff is really worrisome


you basically cannot accept the fact that your team might have big time issues in the locker room...so instead of facing it you kill the messenger unless its something you happen to wanna hear then the person is a great reporter

Why would the team have anything bad to say about McNabb?  He never calls anyone on their mistakes.  He's Mr. Nice Guy.  He doesn't put pressure on guys.  Etc etc

Just because none of his teammates will come out in public and declare him "soft" doesn't mean he's not.

imo their has been a problem with mcnabbs leadership and mental toughness for a long time....TO brought it to the forefront but it was there before he ever came around.....now the question is not if it exists but just how bad is it

Even if McNabb isnt liked by some of the guys on the team. It's no different than anywhere else. In any sport. The stars are held to different standards, there's always divide in the locker room. It could be offense/defense, or pitchers/fielders. Whatever it is...it is insignifigant.

I can guarantee you you that NONE of Trotter's whifs on a RB were because he doesn't like McNabbs attitude. On the flip side, I can also gaurantee you that no a single one of McNabbs errant throws came because of something Reggie Brown may have said in the buffet line at practice the day before.

It happens on every team, in every sport. Guys do not like other guys at times. People get jealous when someone makes more money than them. They get over it, and they play. If they don't, then they wind up like Freddie Mitchell.

Almost every player on the Patriots roster can not stand the coach, they despise him. It comes out every season. It means NOTHING.

Its well known that some of sports greats legends were insufferable iceholes that no one liked to be around. It was insignifigant when it came time to play.

i think what a lot of people would like is the exact opposite of what youre saying...mcnabb should be more of an icehole...there isnt a person in the world that dislikes donovan as a man...they would like for him to step up tho and be more of leader in terms of standing up for teammates and against the front office or real aholes like TO or even teams they play against...

this is especially true being the qb of a nfl team...arguably the one position in all of sports that requires the most leadership

were he not so much of a nice guy and a stepford they would respect him more....michael jordan might have been the biggest jerk in the history of sports to both his teammates his front office and his opponents but he garnered the ultimate respect because of that meaness and his desire to win

the ironic thing is the media even in philly overwhemingly supports donovan....even with all the evidence that points to his weaknesses i would say its at worst a 50/50 split on people who write about this stuff and not

its what makes the mcnabb family attacks on the media so perplexing....they have no idea how bad it could really be...although wilma and company kill the fans of the team more than the media
