Isn't it a live ball, even if he doesn't touch it? If it didn't go out of bounds, the Giants could recover?

I haven't been able to get all giddy about the Cowboys with this game still to be played.

Yeah, but a kick off is a live ball. Whoever made the tackle was coming up pretty fast and could have made a play. However, he might have been ineligible because he looked out of bounds.
