Eagles Stadium Looking Worse and Worse

Now Dallas will have a stadium that seats 80,000 with the ability to go to 100,000.  The taterskins already top 80,000.

The Eagles have less fans, therefore less noise.  But much cooler looking empty corners.

How is it this Front Office can't get anything right when it comes to normal thinking.  Forget he fact that the new Cowboys stadium will be a retractable dome too.

Missed the boat again big time.

Just thought it was interseting that the Eagles shorted their fan base by about 20,000 seats, when the taterskins and Cowgirls didn't.  A significant mistake.

Forget the fact that Gillette, has a much better design than the Lick, and it was built first.

I don't want 80,000 or 100,000 people going to Eagles games.  Sure, it would definately speed the process up in regards to me getting some season tickets but I just don't want to deal with all that friggin traffic.  It's a pain in the ass as it is let alone adding another 40,000 to it. 

And domes, be they retractable or not are for farging Hoydas and I want no part of it at this or any future stadium the Eagles play in.  If the Phillies want a dome or retractable roof, fine.  Don't care.  Baseball players are sissy bitches anyway.  I enjoy going to games when it's 10 degrees outside and snowing.  I was loving it during the rain at the taterskins game a few weeks back. 

Quit bitching about the way the team has a stadium built or the way they sell their tickets and bitch about something useful like the the team itself.  All the times you've come around here you never talk about the team, the coaches, the players or the games.  What's your farging deal anyway?  Don't answer that because I really don't care.  Just kill yourself and make the pain go away.

Actually most of the places in the MLB that have domes are either in the middle of the desert or in a tropical enviroment.

The field can reach over 100 degrees on the field when it is not even 90 degrees outside, can you imagine how hot it would be in 100 degree weather?

i have heard from my buddy that Gillette is pretty cool.  I have never been to the linc - yet.  Hopefully soon. 

what the hell do i know about stadiums when we have the beautiful Aloha Stadium which is now 35 years old.  cross between the Vet and Candlestick Park.  lame.

The linc was built to give optimal views to anyone in the stadium.  The SRO's were a last minute sales tactic.  Oh yeah

I actually preferred the Vet, but this stadium isn't so bad.

The Vet was a filthy, smelly, shteinhole that was falling apart, ear-splittingly loud, and potentially dangerous. That's why it was awesome. The Linc is obviously a much nicer place in just about every respect, but has yet to become one with the attitude of the team and fans.

Anyone who would even entertain the possibility of putting a football dome in Philadelphia should be shot. In fact, the thought of any such monstrosity in a northeastern city disgusts me. The game is football, not hopscotch or paddy cake.
