Thank you for making a thread like this. We went into rebuilding mode as soon as we made a decision to start JC. Gibbs knows this as well as anyone. Next year, we will be a year into Saunders system, have a healthy CP and Betts, and a good, young QB who can strech the field with Santana Moss. And if the O-Line can run block like this all of next year, the offense will be golden. And the defense will be improved next year too. I mean, how can they get any worse? Andre Carter is coming around, and the team will address some problems in FA and the draft. We will be a better team next season, the question is, how much better?

THe comedy continues, they crack me up...

PoopyfaceMcGee

I'm pointing and laughing whole-heartedly today.

Geowhizzer

I'm a bit jealous of IGY and the crew that got to point and laugh in person today.  :-D

Feva

Gotta love it how the castle is crumbling over there.  :-D

They're discussing Gibbs' postgame PC... where he mentions the draft.

Quotesounds like a man playing for draft position.

Quotewe dont even have a 2nd or a 3rd.

Quoteor a 4th. and we're already down to 6 picks in 2008.

Actually, I think IGY's burgandy and gold heart has just been broken.  :'(  One more loss for the gods of free agency.
An ad hominem fallacy consists of asserting that someone's argument is wrong and/or he is wrong to argue at all purely because of something discreditable/not-authoritative about the person or those persons cited by him rather than addressing the soundness of the argument itself.

Just when I think that beating the skins and winning 150 bucks off my buddy cant get any sweeter, the icing is added to the cake.

After the game I catch my flight to go back to work for the week, with a layover in Washington IAD.  There are a few disgrunteled fans (I saw a jersey and overheard a few people talking) but nothing really worth noting.

Anyway, I board the flight and we all get seated.  The flight attendant gets on the PA and annouces there was some sort of problem with the movie we were supposed to have, and she gave us two choices which would be determend by a bunch of hicks clapping:
Invincible
Little Miss Sunshine

Invincible got modest claps and one guy two rows ahead of me booed, while, from where I was sitting, Little Miss Sunshine got a pretty good ovation.  The flight attendant played Invincible anyway.

Skins fans picking Little Miss Sunshine over a football movie.

Washington officially clinched last place in the division today and was eliminated from the playoffs  ;D

I wonder how long it will take ES to start a thread claiming that ESPN made a mistake and looking for scenarios where the skins would make the playoffs if they ran the table

DTC gone? Mooby? Come on, kids. You can own up to being beat by Jeff Garcia. And, well, the refs. Because that was obviously pass interference by Stallworth.
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

I think it's quite appropriate for me to post this again.

this game immediately goes into my top 10 alltime of fun at games
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

SunMo

how about the genius of Coach Angel when he took Betts out at the 3 yard line and put in Duckett who'd been on the sidelines all day.

BRILLIANT!
