Eskin on SF;

We will see less of Darwin Walker tomorrow night too.

The seasons a wash, I would cut Walker if I were Reid to make a point, sort of like Bill Johnson. Guess this means we'll get a good look at what Bunkley can do tonight.

If you mean arrive at the stadium on time with chicken, then I agree.
I believe I've passed the age of consciousness and righteous rage
I found that just surviving was a noble fight.
I once believed in causes too,
I had my pointless point of view,
And life went on no matter who was wrong or right.

I'm really happy for this news.  I can hardly contain my enthusiasm.  Go Omar.

I'd concur with Phreak, they are probably looking for a spark.

I don't expect a lot out of Gaither. If he plays as 'well' as McCoy, he will at least keep the status quo in tact.

Isn't Gaither an MLB? McCoy hasn't been much, but he has been reletively okay at pass coverage. I hope Gaither is as fast, if not faster.

perhaps you could explain sd's reasons for "disliking" it as well since you seem to be so in tune with other peoples minds

Half of me wants Gaither to suck it up because if he plays well the rest of the season they won't go out and sign a linebacker because starting Gaither will be the cheaper route to say they fixed the linebacker problem.

You are a moron.  I want him to do exceedingly well (ala Cole), so that we don't have to go out and find another LB.
Anyone but Reid.

He can play both.

Losing the Corey Simon of 2000-2003 was the demise of this defense. Darwin Walker blows without a dominating, get double-teamed tackle next to him.

Darwin Walker could have Fat Ted Washington next to him and still suck.
