Anyone seen a good movie lately?

I didn't "know" Craig would make a good Bond, but I was excited about the thought of adding realism to the series.  I didn't understand the adverse reaction to Craig's being named.

My favorite was always Sean Connery.  I also thought that Timothy Dalton was underrated in his two Bonds.

Roger Moore overemphasized the comedic aspects of Bond, at the expense of some of the excitement.  That was also the era that Bond was receiving huge budgets, and special effects were emphasized over great scripts (i.e. Moonraker).

Lazenby's one Bond (OHMSS) is also underrated, and is fairly different from the Connery's that surround it (You Only Live Twice and Diamonds Are Forever).  If he wasn't such a pinhead, he could have been Bond for years.

Goldeneye was a great launching vehicle for Brosnan's Bond, but his other three again emphasized the spectacular over solid scripts. 

Obviously, some Bonds have been better movies than others, but for me they've all been a lot of fun.

Also saw Layer Cake last night (WTF?).
Really, Really liked it, except for the last 30 seconds, which i thought as so unnecc. and stupid.

If you get it on DVd supposedly there is an alternate ending in which he just stroll off with the blonde, which I thought would make much more sense.
Where did random dude come from? And to kill him on the steps of the county club? That was retarded. Besides that though I thought it was dope.

Not sure if you are asking this literally but if you are, that guy is Sienna Miller's "boyfriend" before ?! gets to her.  And thusly, he pulls his strap and lays dook out.

the only reason i gave it 4 was because of cheesy english over asian mouths. the voices were so bad. they could at least get an asian sounding voice overs. otherwise its a 5/5 in my book
