Also, how would the pay work?  Do the athletes playing on Candian teams for the NBA, MLB and NHL get paid in greenbacks or Canadian cash?  Because if it's the US dollar then people would be uber rich playing/living in Mexico.

None taken - This is the first time I've had a permanent residence outside the state of Pennsylvania...I've only been up here since June, so I don't talk with a funny accent, I don't finish all statements as if they were questions, but I do drop the occasional "eh?".
