Yea he only got on base 3 times last night!!

That jerkoff should have gotten on 4 times!1111111

ice grillin you

lol he was getting on base for abraham nunez...good job

his job is not to get on base its to drive in runs that win games and when he had bases loaded and a chance to do just that he once again came up super small
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

mpmcgraw

He had a single too.

Had anybody in front of him gotten on base they may have scored.

SunMo

even his singles look like he's a lefty trying to swing righty.  he is pathetic and shouldn't be in the lineup
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

I dont care if his production is by accident. (which it very well maybe) Dellucci has been worse than Burrell in September and has been worse with RISP all year.  Dellucci is also a liability in the field(as we saw last night).  Not really an upgrade in anything and probably downgrading.

Dellucci sucks but at least he does so without making $14 million a year.

FYI--Burrell's hitting .213 this month with 17 Ks. Way to come through for your team in the clutch, Patricia.

mpmcgraw

So we should start Dellucci, even though he has been worse than Burrell, because he does not make 10 million like Burrell?

That's brilliant and is an excellent way to win games.

ice grillin you

stop trying to justify burrell by looking for players that are worse than him...burrell as sd said is a 14 million dollar starter...the mere fact that youre even comparing him to a bench player says all you need to know about burrell

I am comparing him to the player that would most likely replace him in the lineup you 'dook'.

Comparing Dellucci to Burrell is pretty relevant when talking about benching Burrell.

ice grillin you

then you admit burrell blows chunks

Yes, in September he has been blowing many chunks.

Yes, in September for the past 3 seasons, he has been blowing many chunks.

Do you want to just admit you are wrong right now or do I have to prove you wrong again?

There is no way in hell anyone can condsider his 05 season bad.  Even suggesting it is moronic.

Seabiscuit36

In the cluch Burrell= blowing chunks.

He's not worth 14 million, he's worse than your favorite Rowand, your the one looking like a moron trying to defend him mp
