so if the giants were better than the eagles coming in why should have the eagles won? the perfect storm of luck that the eagles had in the first half? i cant believe the dropped passes, the fumble, the no recovery on a fumble, the missed FG, and the personal fould the giants committed. oh wait...

im not going to get into semantics but at this point i have to believe that the eagles simply thought they had the game in the bag and then they lost. of course this isnt good for them and shows they arent the top team but thank god it happened now in week 2 rather than later. maybe they started believing in themselves a bit too much. but from when they "thought" they had to play, that being the first 3 qrts, and the houston game they have looked rather good.

i dont know if we are better than the giants or not but when we play them again if we focus and play like we did the 1st qrts for the whole game we will beat them. i dont know if that means we were lucky or it was a fluke performance or what but to me if the eagles play like that for a whole game not a lof of teams can beat them. we just have to get as lucky every game.
