how is moats worse than perry? moats...might be raw and have fumbling problems but those can be corrected. he has shown he can run and break a big one. perry has shown he can run straight with his head down and then get knocked down.

Not according to Randy Brown ex-Eagle assistant. He said that wasn't true on DNL one week, in response to an email.

He's not worse than Perry. Perry doesn't even have one NFL TD yet. He hasn't done nearly as much as Moats, and Moats hasn't done much either.

I know that they can't go on the PUP if they start TC on the active roster, but does it change once the regular season starts and they suffer an injury?
