I know. I figured since it was down, someone posted the news and then it erupted.

Ha, about a week ago after Lelie was traded everyone said "Who else is left?" and I said Stallworth, even though I thought it would never happen.

I heard from a little birdie that deal is Sims and a 4th rounder, which would escalate to a 3rd if the Eagles are able to agree with Stallworth on a long-term deal.

Either way... I am very glad about this trade.

Stallworth is a more complete WR that Lelie in my opinion, and definately has a lot less baggage.

Who takes Sims spot? Roper? Now that I think about it, Spads normally slobs Sims' knob, but I haven't heard anything about him from the PE.com spin department in a long while.

They add a back now, and look out. I am about to cream my pants.

absolutely a great effin trade....this is the playmaker ive been calling for since i wanted sinorice in the draft...a deathly slow offense just got a lot faster

Stallworth was the 1st WR (13th overall) taken in the 2002 draft. You know - the one where the Eagles used 3 picks in the first 2 rounds on DB's ? Lito was taken 26th overall, BTW.

The next 3 WR's taken in that draft were as follows:

Ashley Lelie (19th overall)
Javon Walker (20th overall)
Jabar Gaffney (33rd overall)
