Mickey Spagnola, of DallasCowboys.com, reports Dallas Cowboys PK Mike Vanderjagt (groin) is bothered by his strained groin and is unsure if he will kick Saturday night, Aug. 26, in the team's next preseason game. Head coach Bill Parcells said he is troubled by Vanderjagt's injury situation.

I would have taken Vinatieri or Longwell over Vanderjagt. We never even had negotians with Vinatieri though. He never made it out of Indy.

As far as Henson goes, them's the breaks. He was actually on pretty even footing with Romo the year he came in, Romo progressed, he didn't. Romo is an UFA after this year, and the word is a couple of teams are scouting him and the team wants to sign him to a new deal. Thanks to the aforementioned issue with Vanderjagass, we'll probably have to use a roster spot for a KO guy and that didn't help him any, as we may only carry 2 QBs.

After the Drew Henson failure I think Jerrah should realize that he's clueless. He falls in love with players and they suck. Quincy was a Jerry guy. As was Hutch. And "The Player" was all Jerry too.

I like how Tuna is handling everything though. I don't hate him at all. My favorite Parcells moment was when Quincy threw an INT or something an Bill had that "Come here so I can punch you" look and he raised his fist.
