I just think it's amusing that people here actually believe they're owed something by a professional sports franchise other than entertainment.

They don't owe you answers, they don't owe you explanations, they don't owe you advance knowledge of what they're planning to do in the future.

In the case of the Eagles, they owe you sixty minutes of sports entertainment every game day, period.  They owe you nothing else anymore than you owe them anything other than your loyalty as a fan.

There is a very valid argument to be made that they owe us the same honesty and answers that people feel we deserve from politicians. We do pay their salaries, after all.
