Waco, I don't think there is anything she can do. At least right now. But she knows that if Tony didn't recover, she - and the kids - would be in in the middle of some pretty serious stuff. She's gotta resolve to either bow up and get be prepared to get nasty, or else get the hell out.

the one part i didn't quite get was Carmella's conversation in Dr. Melfi's office.  i wasn't quite sure what the point of that was.

That was a good scene, really.  It was about what Carmela knew and pretended not to know, and how the kids are no longer kids and are now active participants in the lies and the life.

i doubt it, cause she could've had him at the begining of season 5

she doesnt necessarily 'want' him but she views carmela as comeptition and a source of jealousy...she doesnt really know what she wants with tony...perhaps also the better things go with carmela the less she will see of him
