Possible Dave is differentiating between "FA signing" (i.e. those outside the Eagles) and resigning our own?
Anyone but Reid.

According to Eskin - yeah, I know... Garcia will be in town wednesday, and from talking to people he thinks there's a good chance Runyan is back.

I'd actually be okay if they get Howard and keep Runyan.  They need a DT but it may be something they can address in the draft.  I'm still hoping for Rocky Bernard or Ryan Pickett.

The BIGSTUD

I would love it if they got Bernard AND drafted Bunkley. Patterson would still be used in the rotation, since Bernard has been a situational guy a lot. I'm a defensive line kind of guy. I believe if you have a stud d-line the rest of your defense feeds off of that.

i dont know why everyone is so high on bunkley...im not opposed to taking him but im not all that excited about another small DT...i know hes strong as ox but against the much bigger pro lineman i dont think that will translate as well in his smaller type frame...

plus hes blown his knee out twice
i can take a phrase thats rarely heard...flip it....now its a daily word

igy gettin it done like warrick

im the board pharmacist....always one step above yous

Then it's a sure thing that he'll be an Eagle, I guess.

Just like any other draft pick... potential.

He's smaller, but uch more athletic than a guy like Ngata... which in this scheme translates to more productive.  Strong as hell, productive in a proven program... he's proven against the run and the pass.

Most importantly... he's a realistic target.

I'd almost prefer Rod Wright to Bunckley.

Honestly, if you are serious I dont know what to say other then you are crazy. Rod Wright has done nothing in my eyes to warrant a day 1 pick besides his sophomore year, which was over 2 years ago.

I'm sorry, but is this not the gayest picture?
Zero hour, Michael. It's the end of the line. I'm the firstborn. I'm sick of playing second fiddle. I'm always third in line for everything. I'm tired of finishing fourth. Being the fifth wheel. There are six things I'm mad about, and I'm taking over.

my interest is piqued, what's happening on Thursdays!>!?!?!

we need to begin to prepare ourselves for something, we need to start right now.  the Philadelphia Eagles' linebackers next year will be Shawn Barber, Jeremiah Trotter, and Dhani Jones.

I still hold out hope Jones won't be the SAM. Jim Johnson knows he isn't one and he had to have told Andy that he needs an upgrade there.
