The dream was mainly about Tony's HS football coach. As for some of the other stuff. It may or may not have meaning. No one knows.

No gay thing. Tony didn't want to let down his coach. He was kind of obsessed with it.

Tony talks about it with Dr. Melfi. He talks about his past and his football coach. I forget all the details, but I know that was the main thing in the dream. All the other stuff was just people he's encountered popping up in his dream. Mostly people in the series that died - who I won't name for spoiler reasons.

Then the scene where he was running away from the angry crowd was showing how he always runs away from his problems.

Also, and this is nothing but a guess on my part. But when Tony is running from the angry crowd, Arti is the one that helps him find an escape. I think to Tony, Arti is the only one Tony actually trusts, because he's his only real friend outside of the mafia life.

yea thats true. hes the only one tony let go on a debt (even though he sent furio to get the money). i cant wait to get home and re-watch season 5 in preps for 6. i went through the first 4 over winter break.
