Why I'm Here:  The primary reason I'm at this board is that Phillygirl recruited me from the official Eagles MB.  She was a long time at it, too.  Told me to come a few times, but I never got around to it.  Wow, was I ever missing out.

Been a fan since I was four ('78), when I saw a game on T.V. and was fascinated with both the Eagle image and the color green.  My father tells the story to this day of how cool I thought it was.  Been a phanatic ever since.  Grew up in NE CT though, went to college in MD, and now live in Brooklyn, NY, so I've never been able to get a good heavy Philly dose of Eagles and Eagles love.  Then I found the other MB, and now this one.

My nick on the other board is the same, where I'm pretty well known as the resident commie pinko phag...

My Eagles (and generally football) knowledge are not what some other people on these boards can boast, but I'm learning.  The rest of my knowledge however is unimpeachable, and I regularly convert Christians into Athiests and Republicans into Hippies.
