I saw it on ESPNews, but I don't have a link, sorry.

They said it was in Virginia on gun charges.
Calling it right on the $ since day one.
Just pointing laughing, and living it up while watching the Miami Heat stink it up.

Vick reportedly arrested, charged with brandishing firearm

Marcus Vick, kicked out of Virginia Tech last week for stepping on an opponent in the Hokies' bowl game, turned himself in to the Suffolk, Va., magistrate's office Monday afternoon on charges of brandishing a firearm, according the WAVY-TV's website.

Three warrants were issued for his arrest after three people, two adults and a 17-year-old, accused Vick of pointing a firearm at them Sunday, the television reported on its website.

Vick, 21, was thrown off the Virginia Tech team Friday after the school received numerous complaints about the junior quarterback stepping on Louisville defensive end Elvis Dumervil after Vick was tackled in the Jan. 2 Gator Bowl. It was also revealed Friday that Vick had been stopped by police in December for speeding and was cited for driving with a revoked license.

On Saturday, Vick declared himself eligible for the NFL Draft. His brother, Michael, is already a Pro Bowl quarterback with the Atlanta Falcons.

Police say after 9:00 p.m. Sunday, they received a call from the parent of a 17-year-old. The parent stated that Vick had pointed a gun at her son and two others during an altercation in a McDonald's parking lot, WAVY-TV reported.

Vick is being held on a $10,000 bond, and if convicted faces a $2,500 fine and up to a year in jail.

Everytime I read that I throw up in my mouth a little bit.

1st pick in the 3rd round??  Ha!!  He would have been lucky to go that high before this gunplay crap.

I hope he nevers enter the NFL. Not because he's a criminal. The NFL has plenty of those already. Just because I wouldn't be able to take more Vick drooling over the airways.

He's actually rated as the 5th or 6th best QB in this draft.  Ah well...the life of Lawrence Phillips it is!  :D

Before this arrest, I was  telling people this weekend that Vick will turn out like Clarett and never step on an NFL field. My prediction just got stronger.  :-D

From Spuds...

"Please, please, please ... don't anyone suggest that the Eagles take a chance on quarterback Marcus Vick in the NFL draft. After seeing what he did in Virginia Tech's bowl game -- stepping on the back of the calf of a Louisville defensive player while the defensive player was on the ground -- I was just disgusted. Vick had already had his problems off the field. He showed his punk side on the field with that move. No thanks."
