On the same topic, the only reason to watch any Salma Hayek flick is for Salma Hayek's bod. She is the sexiest woman in Hollywood, but an absolutely awful actress. Should have been in porn.

She plays a great role in Frida. Rent it....you get to see her fully naked with some hot chick in the same bed...for a few moments...but...if you have a pause button...those can be very long hand-in-the-pants-friendly moments.

not until i saw the trailer for king kong about three weeks ago did i know that the whole movie doesnt take place in nyc...and then last night i watched the end of the original and literally only the last 15 minutes take place in the rotten apple...i was shocked...i always thought it was about a huge ape taking over nyc

i got a chance to see the updated version of Texas Chainsaw Massacre last night.  i know the movie is inspired by true events, correct?  was the footage at the end of the movie real or filmed by the director for the end?

of course, the question was more legitimate before you explained that the movie has just about nothing to do with real life events.  at the time, i thought the movie was a little bit more fact based and found the end of movie footage to be somewhat believable.

silence of the lambs is based more on ed gein than texas chainsaw massacre...calling either of them even loosely based is taking liberties imo

basically the only thing in common is the taking of victims skin and a messy farmhouse
