IMO..he can't scramble..makes poor decisions on the move but he is an accurate passer..I'm no Ciollins fan but he would make a great backup in a pass oriented offense like "west coast"..He needs a running game and lots of pass protection :o :o

Not that I'd want him here or anything, but I would prefer him over the two clowns we have now though.

I agree.  The guy has been to two NFCCG's and a Super Bowl, and has a better arm than any healthy QB on the Eagles right now.

Besiders being an accurate passer he is tall and when I've watched him he gets few ball batted back by defenders..As we all know he had problems when he was new to NFL..after his DUI he was TRASHED..There are some BAD people in the NFL but he not one of them ::)
