What does it say about Fraley when a converted tackle from the practice squad did a better job than he did at any point this season?

Jackson did a very nice job. Let's see how he does the rest of the season and if he does great, he should be our future. I'm not a Fraley fan.
THIS SEASON IS OVER AND ANDY'S WORLD IS GRIDL

Offseason needs: 2 DEs, 1 DT, 1 OL, 2 LBs, 1 RB, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 KR.

Greg Lewis looked good blocking downfield in the running game.
Westbrook and Gordon looked like a legit 1-2 punch. Exactly what I would want from them. If we don't keep Gordon after this season AR should have his farging head examined.
Cole had a nice night. I don't put a lot of stock in players who get sacks in bunches and do nothing ther est of the time so I'll wait and see, but very nice night.
Westbrook should be returning every punt. Period.

When they claimed Gordon off of waivers, Reid said he'd always liked how he ran with the ball and how he caught it out of the backfield. Now the question becomes--if Gordon impresses enough from now until Dec 31st (that's the date that extension would have to be signed by, I believe) would the Eagles sign him to at least a 2 year deal? Then you could have a Gordon-Westbrook-Moats combo, although I wonder when Moats is going to get the chance to show what he can do?

I was impressed with the job Jackson did--although I agree with another poster and we should see what he can do the rest of the season. If it's determined that McNabb has to miss the rest of the year, the running game will be MORE than a significant part of the offense.

Moats was drafted as insurance in case Westbrook got hurt or didn't resign. If he can't get ahead of Reno on the depth chart at any point this season I'm not going to hold on to any hope that he's going to be good.

You're looking down on Moats because he's not a Mormon?  For shame, Doc.  :boo

I have to question splitting Chad out wide, even if it did work for one play. Let the big guy stroll through the middle of the field and let him catch & roll.

i think that was more to get the linebacker out of the middle of the field, except they started not to cover him so Donovan threw it to him and let those Mormon legs go to work.

He's at the 30! The 31! The 32!

Also, Team Chad doesn't appreciate your implying that #89 doesn't have blazing, breakaway speed.  Not cool.

The catch and roll is so effective because it gets him positive YAC faster than running does.

Jackson did well, but I wish that the O-Line had a bit more continuity. They just couldn't get on the same snap count way too many times. It really was irritating.

Runyan was lousy with the false starts.  But that's all the realistic stuff.  And this thread isn't about that.  It's about fantasy, and hope.  Like this:  I hope Jackson turns into the greatest center in the league by the end of this year.
