WEST_IS_GOD, based on your logic you think it is better for the team that the roster is full of players who quit at the first sign of adversity. I, on the other hand, think it would be better if the roster was full of players who played hard until the end of the season and had a bit of personal and professional pride than losers who quit and play for a higher draft pick. Lets see.  The Last time the Eagles went to the SB, their previous draft pick was Shawn Andrews at #16 and he didnt play all year.   The Year before that was McDougle at #15 who was hurt most of the time also.   Those draft picks had about zero effect on the Eagles making it to the SB.    All the high draft picks for the 23 or so years before that didnt get them to the SB.  This whole point about a single high draft pick being the saving grace of the Eagles is just preposterous.
