Quote from: Diomedes on November 15, 2005, 10:20:35 AMI know the season is over, but I'd like to talk about some of the encouraging things we saw, and daydream a bit.

That's an excellent idea. When something bad happens, don't think about it. It could lead to clinical depression if you do think about it. Smart. You will go far.

The Eagles played a better last night. But lost.

I suggest that you go to:

Depression Screening Test

Take the test. Consider counselling, if you think it may be necessary. You know, a lot of people think that depression is "all in your head." But it isn't. It's very much a physical, chemical problem, just like breaking your arm.

And always remember two things:

1) It's only a game.
2) Things Only Get Better With Love.

What does it say about Fraley when a converted tackle from the practice squad did a better job than he did at any point this season?

rjs246

Greg Lewis looked good blocking downfield in the running game.
Westbrook and Gordon looked like a legit 1-2 punch. Exactly what I would want from them. If we don't keep Gordon after this season AR should have his farging head examined.
Cole had a nice night. I don't put a lot of stock in players who get sacks in bunches and do nothing ther est of the time so I'll wait and see, but very nice night.
Westbrook should be returning every punt. Period.
Is rjs gonna have to choke a bitch?

I guess it means calling the blocking assignments isn't as important as being able to run block against a 3-4.

I have to question splitting Chad out wide, even if it did work for one play. Let the big guy stroll through the middle of the field and let him catch & roll.

You're a troll.  Leave.

I'm just trying to help. I'm sorry if I'm not doing a good job. I'm not a trained psychologist, just an amateur doing my best to try and comfort and help all of you in your time of grief. If I'm not helping very much, perhaps a professional psychologist would do better. They can hook you up with drugs, you know. Make all your troubles go away. *Poof.* Just like that.

And the Eagles did play a much better game than the Cowboys. Dominated the trenches on both sides of the field. Dominated the running game on both sides of the field.

i think that was more to get the linebacker out of the middle of the field, except they started not to cover him so Donovan threw it to him and let those Mormon legs go to work.
I'm the Anti-Christ. You got me in a vendetta kind of mood.

Quote from: Diomedes on November 15, 2005, 01:09:37 PMThen get out.  That would help.

Why so hostile?

Calm yourself.

As I said, I'm not a trained psychologist, so I can't diagnose... But I suspect you may also be suffering from something else: bigotry. You can't stand to even see other people who belong to a certain class. Commonly people who suffer this affliction are bigoted against people of other races, religions, gay people, etc, but I think you can also be bigoted against Cowboys fans.

Don't get me wrong though: you have freedom of assocation rights under the 1st amendment. You have a right to be a bigot. But do you really want to be? Do you have children? What will they think of you?
